What is Immersion?

Sundays form us. Immersion goes deeper

‍Immersion is a 36-hour conference for Life Church, and anyone looking to be immersed in God's word. Immersion begins on the evening of Friday 25th, from 9am on Saturday 26th, and into Sunday services on the 27th September 2026.

It's a space to go further than a Sunday morning can take you, with main sessions, Spaces (breakouts/seminars), and conversations designed to shape every part of your life.

We'll be joined by Mark Nelson, Lead Pastor of Margate Church, alongside familiar voices from Life Church.

Spaces will cover practical discipleship, healthy habits, marriage, parenting, and mental health - all things that you asked the church to speak about during this years Life Church census.

Lead Pastor of Margate Church

Mark Nelson is the Pastor of Margate Church, an Anglican Church that meets across 2 locations in the heart of East Kent.Before that he was the Associate Pastor of SAINT in East London and is a life long friend to Luke. He is married to Jenna and they have 3 children together.
